the staff helped us book drivers and tickets to ba na hills. recommendations were always available and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of variety. we could hire the bikes for free, and the pool was very clean. the room had effective air conditioning.

attentive staff beautiful garden short walk

i had them regularly check in with me (a nice personal touch). the hotel had a beautiful garden and was just a short walk from the ancient town.

the walls felt a little thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

attentive staff beach bag spacious room

the staff was very attentive. I got umbrellas there for the sudden tropical downpours. I also got a beach bag and flip flops there. the hotel had really good staff. they were kind and friendly. the staff looked after us the entire time. the room size was very spacious. the hotel had great customer service. they had turn down sheets.

the big pool was UNABLE to use because of previous flooding damage.
